(Battery grading refers to the process of testing and grading batteries based on their capacity to ensure it meets the nominal value, and grouping batteries with similar capacities. This process typically takes place after the battery production is completed.)

Why is grading necessary?

    Using batteries with similar capacities together improves the charging and discharging efficiency of the battery pack and extends its service life.

  4. Meet Customer Requirements
    Different applications have varying capacity requirements. Matching can provide the appropriate products according to these specific needs.

Battery grading is a crucial step in ensuring battery performance and safety. By screening and categorizing, it enhances the overall performance and reliability of the battery pack.


Many customers asked me, what is the difference between EVE and CATL? Which one is better? Here, I will give you a detailed answer.

From a technical point of view

CATL

CATL's LiFePO4 batteries offer slightly higher energy density compared to EVE and are known for their long cycle life and excellent thermal stability. They are widely used in demanding applications like large-scale energy storage systems and electric vehicles (EVs).
