Inverter routine maintenance

I. Five safety rules

To ensure the safety of the operator during maintenance or overhaul of the inverter, please observe the following five safety rules.
(1) Disconnect the inverter from all external connections and from the internal power supply.
(2) Ensure that the inverter is not accidentally re-powered.
(3) Use a multimeter to ensure that the inverter is completely de-energized internally.
(4) Make the necessary grounding and short-circuit connections.
(5) Cover potentially energized parts of the operating section with insulating fabric.

. System Operational Status and Environment (Every six months)

(1) Check for any damage or deformation of the inverter.
(2) Listen for any abnormal sounds during the inverter's operation.
(3) Verify that the main components are functioning normally.
(4) Check if the inverter casing temperature is normal, using thermal imaging or other methods to monitor the system's heat.
(5) Observe if the airflow in and out is normal.
(6) Check the humidity and dust levels in the environment around the inverter, and ensure that all air inlet filters are functioning properly.

Note! It is essential to check the ventilation of the air intake. Otherwise, if the module cannot be effectively cooled, it may fail due to overheating.

, system cleaning (every six months to 1 year, depending on the dust content of the use of the environment)

(1) Check the cleanliness of the circuit board as well as the components.
(2) Check the radiator temperature and dust. If necessary, the module must be cleaned by using compressed air and turning on the fan.
(3) Replace the air filter. Please translate into English

IV. Power circuit connection (half a year after the first commissioning, and every six months to one year thereafter)

(1) Check whether the power cable and control cable are damaged, especially whether there are cuts on the surface in contact with the metal surface.

(2) Check whether the insulation tape of the power cable terminal has fallen off.

. Terminal and cable connection (once a year)

(1) Check whether the control terminal screws are loose and tighten them with a screwdriver.

(2) Check whether the main circuit terminals have poor contact and whether there are signs of overheating at the screw position.

(3) Visually inspect the equipment terminal connections and cable distribution.

VI. Cooling fan maintenance and replacement (once a year)

(1) Check fan blades for cracks.
(2) Listen for abnormal vibration when the fan is running. If the fan is abnormal, it needs to be replaced in time.图片

VII. Circuit breaker maintenance (once every six months)

(1) Perform regular inspections on all metal components for corrosion; (2) Perform annual inspections on contactors (auxiliary switches and micro switches) to ensure that they are in good mechanical condition; (3) Check operating parameters (especially voltage and insulation).
